This page states the Terms & Conditions under which artworks & goods are sold by us to customers through www.homecoming.gallery.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering from our site.
These Terms and Conditions consisting of a Terms of Sale, and a Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Netherlands.
TERMS OF SALE
ARTWORKS, PRODUCTS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all images and descriptions correspond to the actual artwork or product. Please note, however, images of artworks / products are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of an artwork / product and the actual artwork / product sold. Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only.
We cannot guarantee that artworks / products will always be available as we work with exclusive and limited editions. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary.
Delivery and framing charges are not included in the price of artworks / products displayed on our site. Delivery and framing options and related charges will be presented to you as part of the order process.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to relevant customs duties of the destination country. These duties are payable by you, the customer. Customs fees should be paid upon arrival and are in addition to shipping and handling costs. We cannot discount or reimburse you for these costs.
ORDERS
Our site will guide you through the ordering process. Please ensure that you have checked your order carefully before submitting it. If, during the order process, you provide us with incorrect or incomplete information, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you to ask to correct it. If you do not give us the accurate or complete information within a reasonable time of our request, we will cancel your order. If we incur any costs as a result of your incorrect or incomplete information, we may pass those costs on to you.
Homecoming Gallery VOF reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason. In the unlikely event that we do not accept or cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you by email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. If we have taken payment any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
PAYMENT
Payment for artworks / products and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as production has not started. This usually gives a 2 hour window after you’ve placed your order. Please contact us immediately at service@homecoming.gallery and we will do our best to cancel your order and provide a refund.
RETURNS
After production has started, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds due to the rare and delicate nature of our artworks. The production of our artworks involves specialists in every step of the way, starting production per your order.
We go out of our way to provide you with accurate descriptions & imagery of all artworks.
Additionally, we offer personal art buying services free of charge, so that you can make sure the artwork you like also suits your space. Send us a few pics and we’ll return a personal preview - just for you.

DAMAGED ARTWORKS
We double check our artworks before shipping to ensure that everything is up to our standards, yet sometimes artworks can get damaged in transport. In case you’re unlucky, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your piece at service@homecoming.gallery so that we can service a repair or replacement for you.
DELIVERY
All artworks / products purchased through our site will typically be shipped within 1-3 weeks of order, however, this may take slightly longer (particularly in the case of custom framed works). We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays during this period.
We ship all orders on our standard service using premium global carriers.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods to your chosen delivery address, we will leave a note informing you that the goods have been returned to our premises with instructions for arranging re-delivery. If you do not collect the goods or arrange for re-delivery, we will contact you to ask for further instructions. We may charge you for storage costs and for re-delivery. If we cannot contact you despite our reasonable efforts, or we cannot arrange re-delivery or collection, we may end the contract without a refund applying.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any applicable delivery charges).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included on our site and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by us. All content is protected by applicable Dutch and international intellectual property laws and treaties.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, store, or in any other manner re-use content from our site unless given express written permission to do so by us.
PRIVACY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from homecoming.gallery (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit Homecoming.gallery, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Homecoming.gallery, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Homecoming.gallery, and information about how you interact with the Homecoming.gallery. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through Homecoming.gallery, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Homecoming.gallery (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Homecoming.gallery (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with Homecoming.gallery, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Homecoming.gallery data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Homecoming.gallery), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Homecoming.gallery, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
