Payment for artworks / products and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as production has not started. This usually gives a 2 hour window after you’ve placed your order. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to cancel your order and provide a refund.
After production has started, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds due to the rare and delicate nature of our artworks. The production of our artworks involves specialists in every step of the way, starting production per your order.
We go out of our way to provide you with accurate descriptions & imagery of all artworks.
Additionally, we offer personal art buying services free of charge, so that you can make sure the artwork you like also suits your space. Send us a few pics and we’ll return a personal preview - just for you.
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We double check our artworks before shipping to ensure that everything is up to our standards, yet sometimes artworks can get damaged in transport. In case you’re unlucky, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your piece at email@example.com so that we can service a repair or replacement for you.
All artworks / products purchased through our site will typically be shipped within 1-3 weeks of order, however, this may take slightly longer (particularly in the case of custom framed works). We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays during this period.
We ship all orders on our standard service using premium global carriers.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods to your chosen delivery address, we will leave a note informing you that the goods have been returned to our premises with instructions for arranging re-delivery. If you do not collect the goods or arrange for re-delivery, we will contact you to ask for further instructions. We may charge you for storage costs and for re-delivery. If we cannot contact you despite our reasonable efforts, or we cannot arrange re-delivery or collection, we may end the contract without a refund applying.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any applicable delivery charges).
