Framed pieces will be boxed and wrapped in some nice bubbly stuff, to make sure your artwork will arrive safely to your home.
Found an artwork you love for your wall? We’ll do our best to have it on your wall as soon as possible.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
All orders within Europe are normally processed and delivered within 10 business days.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as processing times per artwork may vary (pending printing technique, frame of choice etc).
Our specialists craftsmen and -women, who take care of printing and framing for us, will flag us when an order exceeds normal processing times.
In turn, you’ll hear from us in case any delays occur.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
International orders are normally processed in 10 business days and delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on its destination.
Taking in account the impact on our environment, we do not deliver framed artworks larger than 70x100 outside of Europe.
We happily provide recommendations for quality framing solutions nearby.
As soon as your artwork has been shipped you will receive a Track&Trace code.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as production has not started.
This usually gives a 2 hour window after you’ve placed your order.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to cancel your order and provide a refund.
After production has started, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds due to the rare and delicate nature of our artworks.
The production of our artworks involves specialists in every step of the way, starting production per your order.
We go out of our way to provide you with accurate descriptions & imagery of all artworks.
Additionally, we offer personal art buying services free of charge, so that you can make sure the artwork you like also suits your space.

We double check our artworks before shipping to ensure that everything is up to our standards, yet sometimes artworks can get damaged in transport.
In case you’re unlucky, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your piece at email@example.com so that we can service a repair or replacement for you.
