Qiu yang
Qiu Yang studied photography at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, where he now lives. Carefully balancing form, abstraction, colour, perspective and texture, Qiu creates a visual narrative that forces the viewer to further investigate his images and discover a world of conflict and tension.
Next to his artist practice, studio Qiu Yang creates still and moving images for fashion and advertising clients like Google, Hermes, Nike and Vogue.
